How do I edit my servers settings?

Typically, you will find yourself needing to change some server settings such as "enable flying", "turn on whitelisting", or "change the message of the day" for example. In order to do this, will need to edit the "server.properties" file directly or follow the steps below.

We suggest making changes to the settings while server is stopped, and starting it after you saved the changes.

Step 1: Log into the Multicraft panel.

Step 2: On the left side menu click on "Files" > "Config Files" then click on "Server Settings"

Step 3. Here you will see a list of settings that you can change for your server. If you are not sure what some of them do you can find a description of each setting on Minecraft's official wiki page here.

Note: Don't forget to click "Save" and "Restart" your server after changing something!
Note: Do NOT change the "Render Distance" setting above 15, else the server will crash on start as 15 is the maximum setting.
